Melanesia Road, Kohimarama

This build was completed for a wonderful couple with no intention of moving again. No expense was spared in quality materials and the objective was to make a liveable space to enjoy with family when they visit.

The high ceilings and grand staircase in the entry make a statement on entrance and the sun streams in to all rooms. The organic garden out the back is the icing on the cake.
